These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us,
2b Enterprises Limited, to customers in the United Kingdom either
by phone or on the supersalve.co.uk Web Site. These terms and
conditions constitute the entire agreement between 2b Enterprises
Limited and customers in the United Kingdom only.

a) We have tried to ensure that information provided in the Web Site
is accurate. However, we make no representation and give no warranty
of any kind in respect of the information.

b) We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential)
which may arise from reliance on information contained in the Web Site
or in respect of any error or omission.

a) The description and specification of products in the Web Site is only
approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not
materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

b) We may correct any error appearing in the Web Site or withdraw
any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability
is also subject to change without notice.

When you place an order to purchase a product from 2b Enterprises
Limited, we will confirm receipt of your order and setting out the details
of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product,
which is accepted by us verbally on the phone or via e-mail. That
acceptance will be complete at the time we receive confirmation
of payment for your order either from the bank’s electronic processing
system for Credit Card and Debit Card payments or on clearance
of any cheque payments sent to us.

All payments between us and you will be made via the 2b Enterprises
Limited Payments service or via cheque.

a) The price of the products will be the price quoted next to the product
on the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will be in
£ Sterling and will include any applicable Value Added Tax.

b) In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges
as calculated at the Checkout on the Web Site. These charges vary
according to quantities ordered and are based on Royal Mail
tariffs for the United Kingdom plus packaging.

c) Payment is made by credit card at the time we accept your order.
(The credit cards we accept are listed in the Web Site at the time you
place your order). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit
to your credit card.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return
it in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item,
unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and you will receive a full
refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept
the return of opened items if they are faulty.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up
to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification
should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.

b) If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then
you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. The
products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own
expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.

c) You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product
containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning
the quality of those products will be unaffected.

If the item was damaged in transit

If you take delivery of a 2b Enterprises package and the contents
have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within
30 days of receipt for exchange.

We will confirm availability for products sold by us at the time of
your contact with us. Please note that dispatch estimates are just
that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be
relied upon as such.

All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product
you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which
such product leaves our premises.

2b Enterprises Limited adheres to the Safe Harbour Privacy Principles
agreed upon by the EU.

Collection and Use of Personal Information About Customers

The information we learn from customers helps us personalise and
continually improve your shopping experience with 2b Enterprises
Limited. We use the information to handle orders, deliver products

products, services and promotional offers, update our records and
generally maintain your accounts with us. We will also recommend
products that might be of interest to you. We also use this information
to improve our business, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our
website and enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical

children. If you are under 18, you may purchase products from us
only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you
by e-mail or by posting notices on the 2b Enterprises website. For
contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us
electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures
and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy
any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This
condition does not affect your statutory rights.

2b Enterprises Limited will be responsible for any losses you
suffer as a result of us breaching these conditions if the losses were
reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you submitted your
order to us, or a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.
We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits,
revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted
expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not
reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you submitted your
order to us or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was
formed. 2b Enterprises Limited does not limit in any way our liability
by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence
or breach of duty.

We reserve the right to make changes to our policies and these
terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies
and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order goods
from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is
required to be made by law or government authority (in which case
it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these
conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply
with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure
arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control
including but not limited to any statutory changes or rulings by
any act or customs authority affecting the customs duty payable
by you. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still
be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation
where you breach these conditions.

The delivery rate for the items you order from 2b Enterprises
Limited is calculated at the website Checkout.

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the
method and to the address which you specify in the check out
procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential
to the contract between us.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate
delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the
products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products,
but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of
the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days
after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage
if you fail to do this.

Giftwrapping is not available for items sold by 2b Enterprises Limited.

a) The products advertised in the Web Site are only intended for sale to
persons in the U.K. dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale.

b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to
any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred
on third parties.

c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions
and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts
will have exclusive jurisdiction.
